Kevin Davis, President
As president, Kevin Davis plays a key role in establishing and
overseeing the business and financial strategy for Frarendi, Inc.
He is a business innovator with more than 32 years of experience
managing and growing successful manufacturing and technology companies
across the country. In addition to running Frarendi, Mr. Davis
also owns or is a strategic advisor to a variety of metal processing,
manufacturing and technology businesses, including Integrity
EDM, HedgeHog
eSourcing On Demand, and Quality
Steel Treating.
Mr. Davis served as president of AcraLine Products, Inc., a custom
manufacturer of fabricated metal products for the land based gas turbine industry
for more than 20 years until he sold the company in 2005. He has
hands-on experience in process engineering, sheet metal fabrication,
welding and industrial procurement. In addition to his vast industry
experience, Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in
mechanical engineering from Purdue University. back

Frank Dickinson,
Founder and Advisor
Frank Dickinson, founder of Frarendi, Inc. created the Frarendi
replacement trailing edge coupon in 1981. During the last 25 years,
Mr. Dickinson has successfully grown Frarendi into a thriving
and internationally-known business. In 2005 he sold the company
to manufacturing-industry entrepreneur Kevin Davis, and currently
serves in a strategic advisory role.
For 55 years Mr. Dickinson has specialized in super alloys and
metallurgy. He has held a variety of executive sales and management
positions at some of the biggest names in the industry, including
Haynes-Stellite Works in Kokomo, Indiana; Eastern Stainless Steel
in Baltimore, Maryland; Moore Drop Forging Company and Walbar,
Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts; and Nuclear Metals in Concord,
Massachusetts.
Mr. Dickinson graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New
Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry. He resides
in both New Hampshire and in Kennebunkport, Maine where he is
active in politics. back to

Mark Berube, Director
of Sales
Mark Berube serves as Director of Sales for Frarendi Inc., where
he is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining
major account relationships with global gas-turbine manufacturers
and repair shops. In this role he develops, promotes and executes
strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Frarendi.
For the past 25 years, Mr. Berube has sold land-based combustion
hardware worldwide. He is a proven international sales leader
in the fields of combustion hardware, castings, EDM machining
and related products. Mr. Berube possesses a wealth of industry
and functional expertise, while specializing in build-to-print
metal-working services. He has extensive global sales experience,
working with the largest aerospace and industrial manufacturers
in a myriad of diverse business climates and cultures across Europe,
Asia and the United States.
Mr. Berube holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
with an emphasis on industrial marketing from Bryant College in
Rhode Island. He also attended Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts
while working toward his Masters of Business Administration degree.

Harry Stackhouse,
Controller
In his role as Frarendi’s controller, Harry Stackhouse
manages the company’s financial strategy. He is responsible
for standardizing and centralizing Frarendi’s accounting
functions, managing costs and increasing cash flow. With nearly
30 years of experience in corporate accounting, he is adept at
revitalizing the financial viability of manufacturing-based businesses.
He also brings extensive international accounting expertise to
Frarendi, which allows him to assist with the company’s
global customer base.
Prior to joining Frarendi, Mr. Stackhouse served for five years
as controller for AcraLine Products, Inc., a custom manufacturer
of fabricated metal products for the aerospace industry. Throughout
his career he held a variety of financial and operational management
positions with many other manufacturing companies that include
Crystal Specialties, Electron Corporation, Rocky Mountain Banknotes,
and U.S. Steel. Mr. Stackhouse attended Texas A&M and earned
his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University
of Houston. back to top
Roy Proffitt, Quality
Manager
With 20 years experience in quality assurance management in the
aerospace and automotive industries, Roy Proffitt serves as Frarendi’s
quality manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for defining
and managing the company’s internal quality control processes.
He ensures that all Frarendi products meet strict industry regulations
and stringent customer specifications before being shipped.
Before joining Frarendi, Mr. Proffitt held a variety of quality
management positions in the manufacturing arena. These include
quality manager for Electronite, dry shaft director for Dana Corporation
and quality engineer and plant manager for Maco Foundry. Mr. Proffitt
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Purdue
University and is an ASQ certified quality engineer. back

Jeff Sweatland,
Customer Service Manager
With nearly 30 years of experience in customer service and production
planning, Jeff Sweatland serves as Frarendi’s customer service
manager. In this capacity, he integrates his knowledge and experience
in the production arena with a focus on his customers, serving
as an advocate to ensure that projects are completed in the timeframe
needed. In addition to planning and scheduling all production
jobs at Frarendi, he stays in close contact with customers before,
during and after each job to ensure their satisfaction. Mr. Sweatland
particularly enjoys customer interaction, and pulls from his previous
customer service experience in the retail industry to provide
proactive and creative solutions for customers.
Before joining Frarendi, Mr. Sweatland held positions in customer
service and production control in both the manufacturing and retail
sectors. These include five years at AcraLine Products, Inc. as
production control manager, nine years in production control for
Proctor & Gamble in the food and beverage division, four years
at Bertsch Vending as its food service director and nine years
as an operation manager at an international restaurant chain where
he doubled the sales of his unit. Mr. Sweatland is currently completing
his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan
